So, for early access, your best bet on food would be MUSHROOM STEAK. There will be plenty of mushrooms available in your inventory even at the early time of the game. You can always and easily cook Mushroom Steak with so many mushrooms.

First of all, if you are looking for specific ingredients then you may need to kill a respective animal for a specific body part. lets you want to make Gecko Treat then you need to farm the Bees to get a Bees Head. When you get a body part from an animal as an ingredient it will automatically unlock a recipe for you.

Second, There are different types of cooking fires available in the game like Campfires, Cauldrons, and Stone Ovens. You need a stonecutter to craft these cooking fires. These cooking fires work in very similar ways as it does in other games Let’s say if you cook something with Campfire then it will provide you better food and some stats but if you cook the same stuff with Cauldrons then you will get better output and quality. The same goes with Stone Ovens too, you can even make much better and superior quality stuff with stone ovens.

You can easily consider and remembers them as tier or rarity system of the cooking fires so you can use them in future. You need a workbench to repair the weapons and for that you need some materials to make a workbench something like 10x Wood, 5x Fiber, and 5x Resin. Which is easily obtainable in the jungle.

2. Use a Healing item such as a Simple Bandage.

How to Get the Best Healing Items in Smalland

You need to work a bit more if you want to get more healing items. You have to craft most of the healing items in smalland. First of all, you need to make WORKBENCH and then need to find fibre which is easily available all over the world. Then you can craft the normal bandage with the help fiber.

If you wish to craft more advanced and complex healing items then you need to make Apothecary Table.  You will need 5x Stone, 10x Refined Wood, and 5x Bark, and you need a stonecutter too.

Drustana
Drustana is an NPC and plays an important role in the story. Drustana can also find a fair amount of Honey Crumble and craft the Regal Armor set.

The Elder
The Elder is one of the first NPC ever you meet in the overland. You will be doing the Elder’s quest to open the chest with Clover Key. He reveals lots of things about the jungle and the game itself.

Herne
Herne is one of the first people you meet when you enter the Overland. He helps you a lot in the game by teaching us the different aspects of the game. He will explain details information about food items, exploration, crafting and other survival stuff.
He can also craft the Padded and Light Armor sets, two types of early-game Armor. You can also grab a couple of Blackberries on the table for free.

Kalev
Kalev helps us in increasing our protection and defence with high-quality armour upgrades.

Lisandra
Lisandra reveals loads of information to us. We can trace the boss with the help of Lisandra and can craft decent-quality armor too.

Mirmek
Mirmek allows you to craft the Formic and Bone Armor sets. Mirmek lives in a guitar base one of the most beautiful bases of the game.

Nok
We get a lot of high-level and end-game stuff from the Nok. She plays an important role in our journey. You will get a crafting recipe for the Grapple gun & hook. and she also reveals the Black Hornet boss.

Skadi
Skadi can make one of the best early game armor named the Primal and Chitin armor sets. He also has a side quest for slaying the Rhino Beetle and will reveal its location.

Spawn
It’s the very beginning point where you started the game. but this spawn point will change whenever you drop a bed and activate a new spawn point or if you sleep in your base it will change the spawn location too.
