First, You need to play the “Endless Mode” of Vampire Survivor. To unlock Je Ne Viv you need to defeat 100,000 enemies in a single run with Genevieve Gruyere. I assume you don’t have Genevieve Gruyere unlocked yet. So, now you need to unlock Genevieve.

Here you need to follow the sequence to unlock various stuff to actually unlock the Genevieve. Here is the step-by-step guide to unlocking Genevieve Gruyere:

1. You have to complete the run and Break the Seal of the Banished with Eleanor.
2. And if you want to Break the Seal of the Banished, Then you have to load the Abyss Foscari stage with Eleanor.
3. After that proceed to the west and get to the edge of the map, around the Stone Mask and Attractorb icons.
4. Once you reached there then you will prompt with a blue gem. That is going to be your target. So, break the Seal of the Abyss With Eleanor.
5. Vola!!! it will unlock Genevieve Gruyere.
