So, During the battle, five percent CD for Frost Queen Cookie means a lot. It reduces the CD from 18 to 13. After that, you can spam the deadly Freezing Squall periodically.
Swift Chocolate toppings are also the best for Bomber cookies, Charge cookies, Defense cookies=.
Searing Rasberry
Searing Raspberry increases the ATK of the cookie. In the beginning, it boosts ATK by 1%, and the same increases to 5% at the max level.
Don’t consider this topping as best in slot topping for frost queen cookie at all. You can test and try this on casual runs and a temporary basis. It would eventually work in a complete offensive setup and may not outperform Swift Chocolate.
