All Characters in Neverness to Everness: Rank, Attribute & Weapon

Here is a complete list of all 16 playable characters in Neverness to Everness (NTE), based on the latest available data from closed beta and pre-launch sources. Characters are divided by Rank (S-rank or A-rank), with their Attribute (element/type, which influences reactions and synergies), signature or preferred Weapon (also called Arc or combat style), and Affiliation.

Note:

  • Esper Zero (the protagonist) has male and female versions with identical stats/attribute/weapon.
  • Some weapons are listed as “TBA” if not fully detailed yet.
  • Attributes include: Anima, Chaos, Cosmos, Incantation, Lakshana, Psyche.
  • Weapons often tie into unique combat mechanics (e.g., transforming tools or signature styles). Arc compatibility (weapon type like Solid, Plasma, etc.) exists but varies by build.

Quick Notes on Key Characters (from community testing)

  • Nanally and Daffodill often rank as top-tier DPS (strong single-target and break damage, respectively).
  • Adler is a highly versatile support with shields and DoT effects.
  • Baicang excels in boss execute/burst scenarios but can be harder to pilot.
  • Esper Zero (MC) is surprisingly solid as a free/S-rank unit for early and mid-game.
  • Many characters shine in team synergies via elemental reactions, break mechanics, and off-field damage.

The roster may expand post-launch with new banners. For builds, check weapon/Arc databases, as signature weapons often boost performance significantly. If you need details on a specific character (skills, best teams, or tier performance), let me know!
